These are general knee exercise progressions that complement your specific condition protocols (ACL, TKR, meniscus, PFJ maltracking etc.). Keep exercises pain-controlled and follow any surgery-specific restrictions.
Most items: 2β3 sets Γ 8β15 reps, 4β6 days/week. Early phase: frequent short sets.
If knee swelling increases after exercise, reduce volume and prioritize elevation/ice/compression (as advised).
