Dosage guide

Most items: 2–3 sets Γ— 8–15 reps, 4–6 days/week. Early phase: frequent short sets.

Swelling rule

If knee swelling increases after exercise, reduce volume and prioritize elevation/ice/compression (as advised).

Stop and seek medical review if any are present.

Quad sets

Hold 5–10 seconds. Aim for visible kneecap lift. Frequent small doses work well.

SLR

Only if you can lock knee straight. If you get lag, reduce or return to quad sets first.

Heel slides

Gentle ROM only. Don’t force into pain; focus on smooth motion.
